I went to YouTube to see what the problem was and after I found out what it was, I looked up the part number and it gave me a cross reference number that matched. I used a Phillips screw driver to remove the cover then lifted the lid and removed the part and easily replaced it. I am. 55 years old female and I fixed it with really no complaints.
