Very simple fix with the help of the online video through Appliance Parts Pros website. Total time of no more than 10 minutes for repair. Removed top of washer (removal of only three screws), disconnected water hose to drum (no screws or clips to remove at all), removed loose baffle, replaced baffle and screwed new baffle into place (magnetic screwdriver helpful here). Easily saved over $100 for service call for VERY easy fix.
