We first thought since the dryer was somewhat old, that we'd just put in a new belt and pulleys. So we did that, but the noise didn't stop. We noticed that the felt seal was falling apart, so we figured we'd try that next. Yep! All is well on the home front now.....all rattling has stopped and this old dryer has just gone up a few notches in efficiency! We really like the access to the videos that show the steps necessary to do the repairs on our own (and the instructions that come with the repair parts we've purchased, are thorough, too!) We feel we have received EXCELLENT bang for our buck and will be buying from these folks in the future. Sure beats forking over mega money to repairmen! Thanks, Appliance Parts Pros.com!
