Adam S Rochester , NY January 28, 2017 Loud humming noise After 10 years of use our Kenmore (whirlpool) dishwasher started to become very loud and it sounded like the motor was going bad. I inspected all the other parts and saw no major issue's cleaned everything and decided to spend the money on a new circulation motor. It cured the problem and the dishwasher work like it did before. The job was straight forward. Followed the steps in the video. Took longer to disconnect, remove, and reinstall dishwasher under the counter than it did to replace the motor.
