Took top and back off and replaced roller. The plastic retainer had broken and come off causing the roller to make all that noise. Your picture and description of the roller does not mention that two tri-ring retainers are supplied with the roller. As a result I purchased 3 "extra" retainers that, hopefully I will never use. Also the washer is not needed as it is bolted to the frame and is not needed. WHY do they use a part, the retainer, made out of plastic. Don't reply, I know. $$$
