Disassembled and looked for problems with rollers, idler wheel, belt, etc and all were OK. I noticed that the blower wheel was wobbly and didn't seem to turn like it should. I watched the video and then removed it. The threaded insert inside of it was frozen on the shaft so that the wheel moved but not the motor shaft. That was the problem. Per your video, I used a chisel to remove the wheel. The insert was VERY difficult to get off. Had to soak it in penetrating fluid, hammer it a little, and then broke it loose with large vice grips on the insert end, and a huge wrench on the motor shaft on the opposite side. It popped loose with a loud crack and then came off by hand. New one went on easily. It has left hand threads. Reassembly was easily thanks to the video. I needed the picture to put the belt on the idler arm correctly. I found your video to be excellent, and it saved me big bucks. It runs like a champ, is quiet now, and more efficient as the blower moves air into the drum all the time. Thanks!
