I took apart the dryer and removed the drum. I removed all lint and hair that had wrapped around the pulleys. I replaced the front drum support roller assemblies. Only one was broken, but it is recommended they be replaced in pairs. The rear drum support roller assemblies looked fine. The belt also looked fine, but I decided to replace it anyway. Two things were difficult. 1. One screw was put in so tightly, it took 30 minutes of trying different techniques to remove. 2. The motor pulley had unscrewed and was lying on the bottom of the dryer, I didn't realize that until I had reassembled everything, started the dryer, and the belt came off with a thump. It was much faster to take apart and put back together a second time.
