Replaced inner and outer Bearings and seals. In most videos you see a broken spyder, mine was not but the shaft was scored and might have caused problems with the bearing, Even using penetrating oil, the bolts just turned in the drum and I probably could have drilled them all out and re tapped them but I think faster to just replace the drum, and the new one comes with a new spyder attached. I would recommend if you are going to do this repair, is just buy the drum, gaskets and bearings. Have a lot of space to do the job, take your time and watch the video, even take pictures as you go to remind you later what you have don along the way. It looks way more complicated than it is. The Videos are Fantastic. Maybe get some new water supply lines to replace at the time and think about the water shut off valves first will they shut off. It's always something.. Also when you are installing the new bearings, I used the old bearing to drive in the new ones by setting it on top of the old, then driving it in, same size so you can get them seated very well. Its also bigger platform to hit with the dead blow hammer and you don't have to worry about damaging the bearings if you are using a punch or chisel. Also using a Drill with a #10 socket will save you a ton of time..
