First checked web to find part. Located part thru Appliance Parts Pro. Called and service rep. was very helpful with order and how to install instructions. Watched available video and when part came installed with minor difficulty. Tension spring somewhat of a problem to get off and reinstall. All in all, repair went pretty smoothly, especially with the guidance I received.
