Don T Lake Lotawana , MO August 24, 2014 Appliance: Model HOTPOINT CSX24GR One of the 2 lower drawer rail slides for the lower drawer on my hotpoint refrigerator was broken The web site at Applianceparts.com had a video showing in detail how to make the repair. I ordered a replacement rail slide and it arrived within 2 days. That's extremely fast. I removed the two Phillips head screws and the broken slider rail. I held the new rail in place and replaced the 2 Phillips head screws. The whole repair took about 3 minutes. It couldn't have been easier to accomplish.
