I ordered a replacement from AppliancePartsPros which arrived much quicker than I had
expected. Replacement only involved removing the old rack and placing the new
one in the proper position in the washer. My wife and I were pleased.
However, our entry door is on the side of the house and the delivery driver did not come to the
door to make delivery. Instead, the box was left at the front of the house without our knowledge.
It could have been stolen by a passerby before we knew the box was there.
