Michelle J Victoria , TX January 10, 2024 The machine would spin and add water The clothes were soaked at the end of the cycle. Replaced all four suspension rods. I was not strong enough to replace them all at once and was doing the job by myself. I replaced them one at a time and got all 4 replaced. Working great now!
