Cube tray full of water and frozen but no harvest, this told me the control board was doing its job so that means the ice maker was no good. ordered a new improved replacement unit and installed it, gave it time to work but didn't hear any noise from it.
opened it up and found it full of ice and working great. this must be how it should have been from new, what ever changes they made to it are working nicely.
