Watched your video, read some online forum stuff and determined it was the ice maker so I ordered the correct part for my make and model.
When part arrived it was slightly damaged so I called customer service right away and reported it. I still thought the ice maker would work so I decided to try it after Chris of APP assured me that part was under full warranty and would be replaced at no charge if I wanted.
I installed the unit and had ice in 3 hours.
Everything was great.
