Contacted APP I received a response from Gene in CA. he explained the two issues I may be having . I followed his instructions and checked the voltage coming to the compressor. The voltage was 120 VAC . That told me the problem was the start device and not the control board. I ordered the part from APP and received it the next day. I installed it and the unit started perfectly. After 2.5 hours. I was at correct temp. in both compartments . APP a great website !
