Other lights/buttons worked on the control panel but the start button did not. AppliancePartsPros.com recommended replacement of the control panel. I ordered it express shipping and it came the next day. Replacement required removal of six (I think) screws at the top of the door. Replacement was easy and took about 15 minutes. Works great and looks like new. Don't forget to remove the handle part from the old control panel and install it on the new one.
