From reading other posts it appeared that the motor was failing. Took about 20 minutes to take the front of the dryer apart and remove the drum. The motor turned real hard when I manually tried turning it. Ordered a new motor and replaced it and also removed the idler pulley and the other rollers, cleaned and lubricated them while I had it apart. Runs like a new one now! It took about 1 hour for the whole project. Well worth the money.
