Went to the Appliance Parts Pros website and clicked on the symptoms icon. Found the fridge and freezer symptoms and what would be required to fix the issue we were having. It suggested that the compressor start relay could be bad. I watched the repair video, removed the part, and tested it. It had a rattle inside the part and I ordered a new compressor start relay.
