A simple web search ("Maytag A9200 washer won't start") led me to your site, where I learned that something called the "lid switch assembly" was the likely culprit and I saw your video showing how to install it. I'm no handyman but it didn't seem that complicated, so I ordered one. I came promptly in the mail, I installed it and it worked like a charm. We could not be happier. Our machine is back on, the repair was inexpensive and a little bit of work prevented a perfectly functioning appliance from being thrown away in the trash heap. (NOTE: Below I indicate it took 30-60 minutes, but the only reason it took so long is that, being a novice, I went about it slowly, triple checking every step and making sure my machine matched the one in your video, which it did).
