I replaced the snubber ring and also the 6 Suspension springs. Your video of the entire procedure was invaluable. The reason that the job took over two hours was because I was playing each video clip, then doing that part of the job and coming back to play the next task. Apart from taking off and replacing the springs, the rest of the job was easy. I had a problem with fitting the two front springs because I kept lifting the front of the washer while I was stretching them. A tip to put the washer up against a wall while doing those springs would have made it easier.
