I researched on the Internet about possible problems and fixes and took my microwave apart and found that the magnetron was busted. Found your website and it had the part and confirmed the compatability with my model so ordered it. Came in and I installed the magnetron and the rest is history. A $60 fix saved me buying and installing what would have cost over $200.
