Jehramie M Quarryville , PA December 22, 2014 The microwave latch to the door cracked and broke so the internal spring was no longer attached Ordered the Key-D latch piece. unsnapped the internal door cover, reattached the spring to the new piece and reset it in the door slot. reinstalled the cover back on. I also replaced the charcoal filter at this time which was as simple as removing to screws to the upper vent cover and sliding the new one in.
