Found a You Tube video that described the problem and the fix. The repair was super easy:
1)Used a butter knife to remove inner door trim.
2)Took out broken part (Key-D). It's plastic and broke where the return spring attached (midway).
3)Ordered new part which was a perfect replacement.
4)Took all of 30 seconds to install new part and replace inner door trim.
Costs including express shipping @ $15 (Part only cost $3)
