Replaced all 3 interlock switches and the latch board. I ordered the latch board because some people said theirs broke when removing it; mine did. Glad I ordered one. My biggest difficulty was finding information on how to access the switches. To get to them, had to remove the microwave from the built-in cabinet enclosure, then remove the microwave housing cover, then 2 screws to loosen the control panel from the inside. The switches were very tight in the latch board - removing the latch board was necessary to get a grip on the 3 switches. Called your tech support to get some help because after installing new switches the oven still would not work properly. Wendee was very helpful - emailed the tech sheet. Figured out the latch board needed a tweak to get into proper position. Problem solved. Oven now works.
