Higher'd contractor to fix it. Samsung had made it so complicated that the membrane and steel grill protecting the membrane was glued to the oven. Also, inorder to get to the membrane need to almost dismantle the door which I started and reading some reviews which suggested I shouldn't break the glass on which the keyboard sits and that is super expensive. So I higher'd contractor for $130 to fix it.
