Harry S Bel Air , MD July 22, 2014 Microwave vent grill was cracked and several of the plastic clasps were broken off Ordered the replacement grill from APPLIANCE PARTS PROS.COM. The new grill arrived the next day (amazing service). Unpacked it, and had the new grill in place in less than ten minutes.
