I took the machine apart and found that both the beveled gear and the accessory drive gear were damaged. I cleaned the grease off all the other parts and found no further damage. The search for the replacement part begin. I found a number of websites that listed one of the parts I needed but, not both. AppliancePartsPros.com was the only one that showed that the two parts I needed were sold as a kit. The price was right, so I ordered the needed parts. They arrived two days later and with the help of the repair video I had the mixer back to working in less than an hour. I really can't say enough about the quality of the repair videos. They are actually the best I have run across.
