I replaced it with a new seal/gasket and insert cover using the video repair clip as a guide from “appliancepartspros.com”. The repair took about 45 minutes using common tools like Phillip and Straight Slot Screw Drivers. A little muscle is required to clip the seal ring because it is spring tensioned. The washer now looks brand new even it is already 13 years old.
