We have a Whirlpool Model #ET1FTEXSQ00 which had an ice maker installed after it was purchased.
Well the ice maker failed and the we received excellent advice from AppliancePartsPros.com on the correct part to replace the retrofitted ice-maker.
A major salute to the expertise of AppliancePartsPros.com. The new ice-maker completed three cycles of making ice . . . and then the our solenoid valve failed.
.So - we have not researched a the replacement solenoid valve - but we know who to call.
