After taking the head apart, I noticed the one plastic gear which runs with the worm gear was slightly bent on the cogs. I repacked the entire head with the existing grease and it’s now running correctly. I ordered the worm gear and bracket assembly from your store, because the next time this happens , I’ll replace the entire unit.
