Because of the age of the dryer, it was impossible to get any serial numbers for me to refer to, to aid the representative in helping me. Lastly, the representative suggested that I look at the lint filter and see if there were any relevant numbers that we could use. That turned out to be the answer. I was able to order the lint filter I needed. I have it and it's working. I couldn't be happier. A great job done by the representative!
