This is more about the excellent customer service.
I initially ordered the part from another appliance repair site back in April 2021. The shipping date of 2 weeks came and went without a call from them. I called and someone said it's on backorder and would take 3 months. I called again at the beginning of August and they said the part was still on backorder and the delivery window would now be October to February 2022. WTF!
All this to say I was fed up with them and got a refund and found Appliance Parts Pros.
I ordered the part and it showed up in 5 days!!! Outstanding customer service and I highly recommend them.
I haven't installed it yet but from what I see it will be easy.....3 screws.
