A rat had chewed up rubber and plastic parts on my 2 year old GE dishwasher. The parts representative Mary was very helpful and even emailed me pdf's so that we could verify the right parts. I am 70 years young and was one of those former "lonely" Maytag repairmen. :). Having someone take the time to take care of my needs professionally is a big deal. Will call back when I need more parts.
