I went online with my model number but could not figure out what I needed. I called in and the specialist was about to help me find the bolts I needed. There were two different kinds so I would have not figured it out without their help. In a few days I received the bolts but then could not remember which ones I should use where. I called back in. They easily found my order and told me which screws to use where.
