Previously, when replacing the water filter it was very easy to remove, but this time it was STUCK! I tried, then the hubby tried but said he was afraid that he would break something so he gave up. THANK GOODNESS I found a "how to" video on Appliance Parts Pros.com where the man actually said, "Sometimes these filters get stuck and you may end up popping the filter holder out, but don't worry because it pops right back in." I watched him show exactly how to do it all and was SO RELIEVED because our water filter was WAY OVERDUE replacing and not giving us any water at the "spigot" inside the fridge and our ice tasted yucky. So I put on my big girl panties and dove right in not fearing that I would break something and replaced the water filter and popped the filter holder back into place. Now we have lovely filtered water again and our ice is clear and fresh once again! YAY! Thank you for the tutorial video, it was a Godsend.
