I'm a 63 year old female. Do most of my own repairs. The top rack in my dishwasher was not getting clean or rinsing properly. I determined I needed a water inlet valve from watching videos and reading forums. However, I did call a repairman to do it. He argued with me that my water did not get hot enough and my soap was the worst I could buy. He didn't do anything. So... I tried his suggestions. Same old, same old. Finally, I ordered the part from APP.com and put it in myself. Cleans like it is supposed to. The part came overnight (even though I didn't pay for that service). The experts on "Live Chat" were very helpful. I have ordered other appliance parts (oven coils) from APP.com and have always liked their service. Will definitely use them again if I need something.
