The step by step video is the way to go. Changed the rollers, pulley with pulley arm, and idle spring. Use a vacuum to clean while everything is open. Most challenging part was the triangle clips and getting the belt back on the pulley only because I couldn't envision how it was supposed to regain tension... most likely not a problem for others, but I couldn't see it in my mind. Watched the video a few more time and got it working no issues. Very entry level experience needed and feels great to accomplish. Gloves help with sharp pieces and pushing the triangle clips on.
