Replaced one Drum support roller. This is the second time I've used appliance parts pros. The first time was to replace my heating element on the same dryer. The reason I bought parts from them is because their videos are THE BEST. They make the removal/install easy and straightforward. As a side note, my suggestion to any first timers is to use a piece of paper to document number of screws and where you removed them for each step (and put the screws on the paper next to the step). Taking photos is very helpful as well, especially for wiring. Last note - the videos are not necessarily your exact model and you have to roll with that. Sometimes they'll note 6 screws are removed and you only have 4, or the placement of the bulb wiring is different etc. If it's different than the video, you might want to document - especially if you don't complete your work in one day.
