The fix was fairly straightforward. Watched a video online on how to do it before I started. Remove the wall oven from the cabinet, remove some shields on the back of the oven, replace the fan. I did end up having to undo the wire nuts for the main power cord as the cord was too short to be able to completely remove the oven from the wall cabinet.
