After researching the problem online on the AppliancePartsPro site and several other sites, I decided to buy the damper control, and AppliancePartsPro had the best price. The unit arrived in about 4 days. I could not find any repair manuals or videos online for my particular unit, so I clicked the chat link on the APP's website. I only had to wait about a minute, and the chat technician (Rachel?) had trouble finding anything at first, but after about 5 min. found a video for a similar unit, and with that, the repair only took 5 min. No more frig noise!
