Further investigation suggested the circulation pump was causing the noise.even though I’d pulled the circulation pump to clean it, and it appeared to be OK. After watching the video on the AppliancePartsPros.com website, I decided that replacing the pump would be easy. Ordered the part from AppliancePartsPros.com and to my surprise it arrived in 24hrs, despite my rural location. Installed the pump and now the dishwasher is back to normal.
