Basically popped off the old one from the dish rack in about a minute and installed the new parts in 2 - 3 minutes. I did have to make sure that I turned the plastic ring until it clicked when I placed the nozzle or spinning blade on the guide assembly. I spun it to make sure it was secure and did my first load of dishes without any problem. It worked like new again! Wow! Impressive. Was a super quick and easy repair.
