After watching many You Tube videos to help diagnose, I replaced the water pump part myself in less than 20 min and for less than $50. Was so incredibly easy to do.
The most difficult part was removing the front panel off the washer. So much better than spending $1000 on a new appliance. Part arrived super fast.
