This repair was a nightmare! The stove is so old that diagrams were very hard to find. The connections were deeply buried in the machine that was loaded with extra shields and inaccessible screws. Had to work through the back and by removing the warming drawer. What typically is a pretty straightforward repair was made difficult by the design of the range. I used the APP repair assistance by chat and phone and they were friendly and really tried to help, but there were no videos for this old monster. Still, I got it done and the oven is heating like new. So for the dreadful experience with the Kenmore design (can I give minus stars?), I'd give this 1 star. But I'll give higher rating because APP gives such a priority to helpful DIY service.
