I first thought it was the gas valve. After spending $318 for a new valve, I found out that wasn't the problem. The igniter wasn't heating up enough to allow the gas to ignite and when it did, it would go out. Customer service asked if the igniter was glowing but they didn't say it had to be gold hot! Replaced the igniter and we now have an oven we can bake with.
