Removed oven back. Detached broken element and replaced it with the new oven bake element. When the oven back was removed, I noticed the broiler element had scorched the insulation, so removed and replaced it, too, for safety reasons. I checked all the wiring to make sure everything was safe and in good working order. Put the oven back on again after both elements were replaced.
