After watching your video I thought I would give it a shot. I removed the 3 screws and removed the convection fan guard housing.so I can get to the 2 screws that held the heating element. The one thing that the video said to be very careful not to have the wire leads that are attached to the element fall back inside. My problem came when I removed the screws and slowly pulled out the old element, it seemed stuck. finally I got it out but the wires became disconnected and were hanging 3 inches behind the oven wall. At that point I had no choice but to go through the back. Well 3 screws later I easily removed the back panel and right there were the 2 connectors. I connected the heating element to the wire leads. Screwed everything back into place and now have an oven that is working again and only took a few minutes. Honestly, the hardest part is finding the directions on how to fix it. By doing it myself I probably saved over a hundered dollars in labor. Thank you AppliancePartsPros.
