I have a Kenmore oven and when I determined the igniter wasn't working I went to the nearest Sears parts direct location. The associate at the counter said he couldn't do anything without the oven model and serial number. I brought the failed part with me and showed him the part number tag still on the igniter. I told him I saw the part I needed on their website and it said it was in stock. He said without the model/serial number he couldn't help me. I left totally irritated!! I found the part on AppliancePartsPros and ordered it before 3pm, it arrived by FedEx around 10:30am the next day. I installed it and my oven was back in business by 11am. Oh, and the part cost less too!! Thanks APP!!
