John took it apart. During this process, the 2nd screw just would not come out. It would have been a piece of cake, but it had gotten stripped during installation from the factory. He had a terrible time getting that 2nd screw out and it took him approximately 2 hours to do that when the whole job would have taken him about 1/2 hour from start to finish. After that we had to search for a screw in his big box of nuts, bolts, and screws finding a replacement as it was Sunday. After found it did indeed was over in a flash, put it all back together, slid it back into place and it works fine. We are so pleased you had the correct part on order.
