1980 Jenn-Air Kitchen Range. The tab that touches the base of the light bulb no longer touched the bulb. This glass cover is only a fingers width from the broiler element. Today I baked Lemon Curd Bars and roasted peanuts and the glass did not break. This part worked perfectly, replacing the Jenn-Air holder that was recessed in the top back corner. The bulb was surrounded by porcelain. This new part will make changing the light bulb much easier. The origional set up made it difficult to grip, when unscrewing the bulb.
